Here's your quote here: "and to be clear, you cant cure it, because its all done way before you are born. sure you could find a way to detect and cure it before birth, but that would be way to risky for such an illness."

So you basically claimed that homosexuality is purely heritable. Genetics is 100% hertable, but epigenetics is not. The entirety of your comment is merely opinion, not facts. If you think medical literature doesn't talk about homosexuality as a sickness because of the "PC police" (and seriously, what the heck is the PC police?), then you have no understanding of the peer review process in science literature, at all.

I don't think you understand the nature of academia at all. Conservative scholarship has dropped significantly over the years. There are simply too few grants available to conservative scholars . No money = no research. It's that simple. There are articles written about how researchers are afraid to engage in research that is contrary to politically correct notions including gender differences.

And when a majority of peers are liberals it doesn't make for an unbaised review process does it?

So you basically formed the conlusion first and then, looked for "evidence" that supports your conclusion with an editorial? I think you have found your answer as to why conservative scholarship has dropped because that is the absolute antithesis of the scientific method.
