Unless someone is playing Atari 2600 games on a Atari 2600 hooked up to a CRT TV, they aren't going to sound and play correctly. And let's not even get into the asectics of playing games from the 70's on a modern computer. It just wouldn't feel the same. 

It's a 2600 hooked on a CRT, it just is without cartridge, you stream the games, but it's the same controler (but wireless) and computing capacities.
