Question folks. What happens when you put church and state in the same room to make decisions which affect people? Discrimination. Chick Fil-A must be jumping for joy and preparing to have more locations in Indiana.  YAY for religion alienating more people that it doesnt agree with.

I'm in the church of the flying spagetti monster. I refuse to serve anyone wearing red.

But seriously people are focusing on the wrong thing here. This also grants individuals the right to discriminate (and sole traders) and what happens when an employee refuses to serve a gay guy, and the company is ok with it? Or the company is not ok with it and fires him? What about a (company) partnership? What if one half of a partnership refuses to serve a murderer (thou shalt not kill) and the other half is ok with it? What happens when Christians refuse to serve veterans (thou shalt not kill) or people who have committeed adultery (Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife), or even people who use condoms?

If I eat Pork, can an Hindu business refuse to serve me?
