Exactly! The biggest one I saw was Home Depot and Nardelli. He did a terrible job so they asked him to take a massive pay cut (he wa smaking 38 million a year?!) he said he'd only go as low as 3 million a year. They said get lost...oh and here is a retirement package to just go away of...210 million dollars!
Is it any wonder why employees at so many major companies feel cynical or lack any loyalty when such practices occur?
