I just don't see VR being a main player in gaming, I see it as a peripheral that stays on the sidelines than taking over everything else.

I find it funny though because MS isn't in on it like Sony and Valve are and suddenly they really should be because follow the ring leader.

I doubt you will see many people claim VR will come out of the gate and take the world by storm, but this is a technology that will establish itself as a viable alternative (regular TV sets will still be the standard) for experiencing video games, movies, TV, educationals etc, yet it will probably take a decade or maybe longer to do so.

I think it won't be picked up as quickly as the first Kintect was.
