Cops are paid by taxpayers and are public servants. They should be held accountable by the people. Its sad you have to fear for your life just by holding a phone up in front of them. The kid who recorded them is remaining anonymous. Very wise. That cop just screwed all of the good cops because the mayor just ruled that all cops in the area have to use body cams. It will force cops to start thinking ahead of time about whether what they are doing is right or wrong. Before cams a cop could kill any man and it would be their word against theirs. |
