Wii U wasn't even over the XBO during May or June, the two months it beat XBO world wide. And before those two months, it wasn't even charting.

Those are the months it charted. And in the last quarter of the year hardly cracked the top 100. It was at 59-60 from May through July, then slipped to 70 in August, then dropped off the charts in September. It showed back up in October and December in the 90s. So far, it is tracking much, much higher on Amazon than last year. There's two reasons for this: one, increased moment; and two, proper pricing. Wii U's price was inflated on Amazon for some reason, during the latter part of the year it was as high as $340 for the most reasonable bundle available. Now it is listed at or slightly below MSRP.
