I would be pissed if a new Red Dead did the exact same parts of the West as last game. They have not even done areas like California, Wyoming, Utah, or Nevada.

I would take it, but most of the ideas sound like crap. I want a good story and character while I go whoring, drink whiskey, gamble and act like a good anti-hero degenerate Cowboy that goes to church on Sunday!!!

I have to agree with you here, reusing the old map would be dissapointing, even if they expanded each area of the map. I don't mind if some or all of the areas return, but I want some new areas to explore as well.

The rest of the ideas sound pretty good to me though, I like the idea of a prequel (let's face it, a sequel doesn't really work, the old west was already on it's last legs in RDR, and Jack would make an annoying protagonist imo). It should either be a prequel, or it should be focused on entirely new characters. Seth and Irish were my 2nd and 3rd favorite NPC's in RDR (Landon Ricketts was my #1 favorite), so I think they'd make interesting protagonists, and the idea of a 3rd customizeable protagonist intrigues me. I also like the idea of increased horse customization and base customization.

Like I wrote, I would be happy with anything new. Just give me something a lot different like each GTA does. The series should not go for sequels, or prequels.  Each game should be an all new story and envionment. Character customazation is cool as long as the story does not suffer from having it.
