Nintedo are greedy douches and anti-gamers for their youtube policy, but angry joe should have known better. Complaining about nintendo policy, then going ahead and making a nintendo video knowing fully what will happen and then going on to bitch about it after the fact was douche move on his behalf. 

I'd have to call that obvious. He was clearly putting up a video review so that he could bait Nintendo into reacting and then get a chance to whinge about it.
