A friend recieved the email, but didn't have Vita before me... I bought it on June that year together with Gravity Rush and Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend...
Not sure how they choose the people to send the email... but there's the link on my comment, lick there and follow the instrutions.. You have to printout, fill and send via mail that form to get the reward you want..
@DIMSHEEP: on the requeriments for the settlement it says about those two codes, it says that the codes can be found on the Box too.. but my box only have the Serial Number... not the other one.. My Vita have both codes unreadeables.. -.- and I don't live on the US.. So I don't care.. but anyone that can take chance should do it...
