Why not Both? It would be cool for MS and Nintendo to form a friendly relationship Banjo and Conker in Smash and MS releases Minecraft WiiU edition they both win in this situation.

MS is releasing MC on Vita. I think Nintendo could have Minecraft on their platform if they wanted that.

MS releasing MC on WiiU and 3ds makes a ton of sense it's pretty much like printing money, but so far they have not announced plans yet.
