Microsoft in my Opinion is treating the xbox platform more as a "windows OS 10" certified Device than really its own platform.
The Move to Unify their Windows OS with xbox really in my Opinion is more of taking the xbox platform to be pretty much just another device that plays windows OS build games, pretty much the Media Center PC that the Xbox has always been, but Now more than ever moving into that Direction.
