How is it a problem, these devs spend years on a game. Do you really not want to hear anything about it until a year or less before release? I don't, you shouldn't. I like following the process.
There are a lot of games that were announced at E3 2015 that are not out. The Division, Deep Down and more. It is just how things are.
Quantum Break though is getting pushed back for a great reason. Why release at the end of this year when there is so much competition? MS needs more Q1 and Q2 exclusives and this is a good start and a good reason to wait.
