Higher sales, lower percentage attach rate will probably be the case.
PS4 will probably have lower attach rate due to recognition of this game to Xbox, probable marketting deal and PS4 owners having a more broad taste.

I also agree that the PS4 will likely sell more (only slightly) but will have a higher attach rate than the Xbox One version.

How does that work? If there is a slight difference in sales (10%) then automatically there is a higher attach rate on Xbox One.
PS4 will likely have double the market share by the time Titanfall 2 comes out, meaning the PS4 version will at have to sell at least twice as much in order to have the same attach ratio, never mind higher?
