6 months of delay is nothing for PC gaming. Most PC gamers don't care about having the game before others: why do you think Starcraft only sold 1.5 million in it's first year, but sold 8 million in the following years? Heck, over 10 year old games are still being sold.
The only thing we care is if the games don't get released already outdated. And until GeoW 2 gets released, I'm sure PC gamers will be busy playing the awesome exclusives on the platform with the best 2008 lineup (Spore, Starcraft 2, Mass Effect, Empire: Total War, Stalker: Clear Sky, Sins of a Solar Empire, A Vampyre Story, Perry Rhodan, Dragon Age, Space Siege, Warhammer Online, Zeno Clash, Audiosurf, Storm of War: Battle of Britain, WoW: Wrath of Lich King, Disciples III, Demigod, etc...)
