It appears I have confused you.

Halo is not xbox. Halo is closely tied to xbox, but they are individual brands. Just like Bungie is separate from Halo. They are not one and the same. Windows is branding itself with Halo. Halo is not xbox, Halo -implies- xbox, but it is not xbox. Meanwhile, MS is removing the xbox name from the apps. Do you see where I'm going with this, or am I just confusing you more

If you consider yourself a valuable member of vgchartz, with a professional level of analysis and a genuine willingness to have a civil discussion, please continue talking with me, and do not say thing such as "bait". Be professional.

Doesn't MS own both the Halo IP and the Xbox brand? So, if the company wants its browser to be associated with either property, it's going to be Halo considering it has much larger recognition, at least in my eyes.

Somewhat not the point I was making, but yes. Halo is a great brand to associate with. Since the Halo games are going to PC, it only makes sense.

My implication is that PC is Halo's new home. That point is up for debate as well.
