I checked it out for you, it seems that you need to beat a boss to enter the advent plaza! Sadly there are no videos on how to get there so you'll have to search for it... It happened to me with Iosefka's Clinic. That place was HARD to find since it was after a cave which was on a tiny hidden path in the forbidden woods!

Yeah, I found the clinic. I'm now stuck on three bosses and I'm currently leveling up as much as possible.
The PS5 Exists.
