I think it might be Advent Plaza actually. I've already been in the chapel and didn't realise it. I've also beaten the boss. There's a large door with two dogs looking at it and I'm assuming once it's opened you enter the Plaza ... but how do you unlock it?

I checked it out for you, it seems that you need to beat a boss to enter the advent plaza! Sadly there are no videos on how to get there so you'll have to search for it...

It happened to me with Iosefka's Clinic. That place was HARD to find since it was after a cave which was on a tiny hidden path in the forbidden woods!
