The witcher 3 has exclusive stuff for Xb one. I imagine MS bought and paid for that exclusive content, so I doubt it is within the realms of possibility for there to be a Witcher themed PS4.
If Sony can snag Mass Effect exclusive marketing an N7 themed PS4 would be fantastic.
