By looking at the April 2015 release schedule (retail console games), it seems that most everybody's wallet will catch a breath, because the offering is so scarce and uninspiring. Basically, there is only one (1) brand new game available, along with a couple of ports and one localization...and that's it.

April 7 - Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin (PS4/XOne)

April 14 - Mortal Kombat X (PS4/XOne)

April 28 - Omega Quintet (PS4)

April 28 - Tropico 5 (PS4)

As far as I researched, no new WiiU games are scheduled.

Now, this is not much worse (or better) than April 2014, when all we got were LEGO The Hobbit, Final Fantasy XIV (PS4), Spiderman 2 (PS4) and Kinect Sports Rivals (XOne). I wonder what might be the reason, is April really such a terrible month for sales that nobody cares about releasing games then?

P.S. Before somebody mentions, I realize there is Xenoblade for 3DS, but I was only interested in home-consoles.
