The answer is a bit misleading as it really varies from game to game. For example, and always in my opinion, on an Action/Adventure game Level Design, Controls and Game Pacing are more important than on a RPG where Story, World and Lenght tend to be the points where the focus is on.

With that said

Level Design: 4
Player Control: 5
Graphics Technology: 3
Art Direction:3
Music: 3
Sound Effects: 2
Story and Lore: 2
World Building: 1
Game Pacing: 4
Game Length: 3

Edited to point out that this is my point of view.

Please excuse my bad English.
