World Building is fleshing out the environment of the game you're playing.  Making it feel as if it could exist without your actions/the player's actions.  World Building is having character interaction without having to have gameplay involved.  World Building is also having rules of the world that the game takes place in that brings a sense of cohesion and tangibility between the world and the characters within it. 



Pixel Art can be fun.
