How is it that people are doing pre-April 1st April fools stuff? The rules say the person who does the fooling outside of the first 12 hours of 1 April are themselves the fools.
And no where in the world is it yet 1 April, because I live in the country that gets to have 1 April first and it's not 1 April here yet (still 7 hours to go).
