That all depends on if Sony is willing to pay the costs for Bloodborne 2, but I think From Software wont work on another exclusive before they've made another multiplatform game.

Frankly, after what's going on with BB, right now, I can't imagine they wouldn't think long and effin hard about it.  I mean, it's very likely to do as well or better than the best selling souls game...so...they'd be silly not to continue tapping into a fanbase that is very clearly on-board with the product they're offering.  I mean, they already have the engine built, so now it's basically refining the engine, and either creating a complimentary story or a new one (in the vague fashion that the souls game had).

If they want to make the next one PS4 exclusive they should announce as soon as they can. Many Souls players bought PS4s for the game and might trade it back in once they had their fill with BB in a few months. Knowing they need the console for the next would push them to hold on to it. There is something to be said for unifying your fanbase.

Either way I think we will see some pretty big DLC for BB. All they would have to do is create some new bosses, build a few new zones and connect them to the rest.
