Gamecube's "greatest hits" were $29. That really pissed me off.
Anyway, while there is a 360 version of "greatest hits", I say go to your local Gamestop/EBGames. There is a ton of good Wii/360 games for $20. Some cost less than $10. Enchanted Arms, Earth Defense Force, Kameo, Perfect Dark Zero, Condemned, Dead or Alive Xtreme2 and Project Gotham are all $9-$20!
The Wii has some cheap games too. Dragon Ball Z Tenkaichi 2 and Red Steal (not as bas as you were told) come to mind. The rest are mainly shovel ware.
As for the PS3, I don't frequent that area yet. I'm sure there's some low cost gaming to be had.
