I agree, Xbox One basically has 2015 in the bag in my opinion. This isn't to say that it won't face competition from the PS4, but soft-ware wise Xbox One is just dominating for this year. Rise of the Romb Raider, Halo 5, Forza 6, Gears Collection, etc, etc. Not to mention whatever they could announce at E3 such as Rare's new game, whoever is making a new Battletoads, and whatever other exclusives they could have pulled off. |
I've been hearing about this MS software domination myth since the start of this generation, but every time I look at the facts it seems PS4 has more better rated and better selling exclusives.

I'm not talking about since the start of the generation, i'm only talking about 2015. Halo 5 was already the big system seller Microsoft needed but combined with ROTTR and Forza 6 that increase in sales will just get even bigger, not even to mention once again the games they might announce at E3 such as Gears Collection, etc.
PS4 might have more highly rated exclusives overall, but for 2015 Microsoft looks like it will be dominating software wise unless both Sony and Nintendo can announce something big in replacement for Uncharted 4 and Zelda U being delayed.
