It's true, they do. I'm expecting something truly unique this time though. It better not be the same recycled plot they've used for the past two decades.

I remember being tortured by Nintendo magazines ten years ago with Twilight Princess and it's umpteen supposed release dates, and when it was finally released we essentially got a remake of Ocarina of Time.

Still, there's no reason to build everyone's hopes up and then let them down. It shouldn't have been announced, shown, or promised a 2015 release. Nintendo brought this backlash on themselves.

The Ocarina of Time torture I had to go through was worse. That game had numerous release dates that Nintendo had missed and the game looked different every time it shown. What's worse was that there was nothing else like it, nothing to compare it to so the waiting was almost unbearable.

Also, why shouldn't Zelda U have been shown if they really thought they were aiming for a 2015 release? They showed it last June and it was more than 9 months before the announcement came that they were going to delay it. I'm sure a lot happened behind the scenes. How were they supposed to know LAST JUNE that they wouldn't be able to get the game out before 2015?
