I just read over this thread and, holy fuck, I'm shocked at people blaming the BBC.
Physically assault someone at work for a stupid reason and YOUR ASS SHOULD BE FIRED. Fucking period. I don't give a damn if you liked the show, I don't give a damn if you thought he was funny. None of that has anything to do with him facing the consequences of his actions.
