I've got a Sony KDL-32W705, it has around 14-15ms input lag (measured, not manufacturer's data) and is synchronous with the Wii U GamePad. Full 4:4:4 in game mode is important, too.
And it's nice that the TV is pretty small due to the small borders.

The 706 is the same model in silver as far as I know.
