Surely I expect to be seeing new games released this year, however is Nintendo slowly down playing the Wii U in order to keep quiet to generate hype towards a new console? It wouldn't surprise me if they did a "Wii" like back in 2012 where they basically released nothing except a few smallers titles. Could Nintendo playing dead for a while in the console space be a good thing for their next console? Could a year off for home consoles be what Nintendo needs to assure that their next console won't suffer the same fate as the Wii U? |
Worked out great for the Wii U which had abysmal droughts in its first year on the market.
