Though I also feel like casual/hardcore distinction is silly to begin with. Pretty much any game can be a hardcore game if you invest enough time into it. |
I agree. I only use these labels because people kinda understand what I'm referring to.
I definitely think a game's mechanics and the amount of time you put into it are more determining factors than its appearances or the genre it belongs to.
