they were filming the whole day and im pretty sure it wasnt just him who had no hot food.

everybody did their part, just the person who should get hot food didnt feeled like doing his job.

That's why that person should have received a formal warning or even gotten fired for incompetence, not punched.

According to reports, they were supposed to arrive at the hotel at 8pm, where they would have had hot food. Instead, the 3 presenters went for a 2 hour drinking session and arrived at the hotel late, after many of the crew had gone to bed and the chef had gone home.

No incompetence on anyone's part.
