Wasn't one of the defenses against Gordon Brown something along the lines of "he's the most intelligent Prime Minister in recent history" (I guess by somekind of measure in academics or IQ, or something).


I agree.  I dont think you can stop stupid people voting and you shouldnt (Ka-pi was saying they shouldnt).  I wont get into the politics of it but I'm pretty sure Labour would lose the most under any system that checked intelligence or knowledge of the political system before counting a vote, probably the tories the second most and liberals 3rd. 

btw... University professors intelligent? lol.  Academic intelligence is over rated.  I believe they belong to the liberal elite. of we know best (hell... its their job to be like that).   Now thats a group I despise.


Labour wouldnt lose the most, the tories would.   the torie voter are too old and too religious.
