Yes, quite likely. The only new HW this year is New 3DS, not a totally new system, but a redesign and mid-life evolution of 3DS, so there's room, both regarding the attention that it can gather and money available to buy it, for PSV to become an additional platform for gamers already owning one or more other portable and home consoles or a gaming PC.
