Compared to last gen, yes. It really sucks. There a lot of upres ports rather than new games. So far, no game has surprised me, but it was expected considering this is like the 6th gen were every console was boring. Maybe next gen is as exciting as the 5th gen (N64/PS) or 7th gen (Wii/360/PS3).
