I personally think (if we are ignoring gen 1 and 2 and 4.5 lol that was horrible) that gen 7 is the worst. It is the generation that let everyone get lazy and that idiot consumers bought up the same game every year. While yes there were gems, most of the crap was just reduce, reuse, recycle. And here we are with basically the same thing, but in HD!!!
I am not denying I am a Nintendo fanboy, but we should give credit to Nintendo for at least trying to switch it up every gen. And if they hadn't released the Wii U when they did, we would probably still be playing on our PS360. I do plan on getting the PS4 as it has some key games that are definitely worth it, but it still isn't a must buy for me yet. We also need to remember that gens take time to ramp up and settle in and start pumping out great games. We are getting there.
