Read a little through BioWare's forums and the issue was brought up but never answered by BioWare. A post later by a community coordinator mentioned something about the public not needing to know how they or their partners do business, so to this date nothing is known about future content being free of charge, so it's mostly food for thought at the moment with no way to confirm or deny but accept as a possibility, so I retract my statement only in as much as lets it be known as speculation. Judging from EA, and since, as publisher, they've the final say, they'll probably charge for different renderings of dirt, lol.
