Hey, lol. I was just saying that I don't agree with the statement that a delay (in general) will translate into a good thing. I guess it could pertain to Home, but as an online service, I doubt it wont get tons of tweaks and changes anyways even after it comes out. I mean I guess it's a good thing, but I don't think it helps games like Blacksite: Area 51 very much, lol.

Ah, sorry about the misunderstanding. Yeah, you're right that they can fix any errors as they go along, but I personally feel its better that the thing be worthy of being launched when it gets launched. Otherwise, even if you manage to perfect it sometime down the line, a lot of the intial users will be completely turned off to the system, and once you've got a bad reputation, it's kind of hard to shake it off.

Of course, a lot of this may just be that I loathe and despise the "we'll just patch it later" mentality. When I shell out cash for something, I want it ready now, dammit, not in six months! Granted, I don't actually own a PS3, but it's the principle of the matter!

It's a bit frustrating that this is delayed, but I agree that their needs to be an end put to the "patch it later" philosophy of laziness that's taken over these days.

As a Square Enix fan, I'm pretty used to stuff being delayed, which has happened since I started playing their games with FF4.  But usually I find very little wrong technically when their games are finally released.

Sony isn't really the only ones delaying stuff this gen.  I was hoping to have SS Brawl and Lost Odyssey last Christmas break, which didn't happen.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
