Speaking with regard to "true" exclusives (not stuff available on PC or last gen), yes. I looked out of curiosity, just at retail releases (though it wouldn't be any different on PS4 anyway):

PS4:

Bloodborne - 93 (could change by a point or two but almost guaranteed to stay in the 90s)

(Next highest would be Infamous: Second Son with an 80. Nothing else above 80.)
