I don't think Sony would have a problem with this coming out on PC provided its at least 6 months down the line so that the PS4 has had its sales fill. You'd argue that it coming out on the PC is more harmful to the Xbox One in reality as there is nothing worse than a great game coming out on 2 platforms and missing one out as opposed to just one and missing two.
