Problems with XBoxOne disc drive

Mine does it too on occasion. Try putting the disc in and wait 5 minutes. If that works, hold down the Xbox power button for 10-15 seconds until it.powers down. Wait until the light on the power brick turns from white to orange. Important not to.do it any sooner.
