| AIAS said: Is anyone else experiencing problems with reading discs (brand new or old ones). For the past few months it takes me several times of ejecting and inserting the game disc until it starts loading. Most of the times I have to force the disc with my hand in order to be read. Simply insertion by pressing the Eject/Insert button will not do. I have a Day1 Xbone . Anyone else having the same? Is this software or hardware related? Any help would be much appreciated... |
I had the same problem with my day one xbox one and I send it back to them so send me new one
