I'm Kinda worried about FFXV

I'm enjoying the demo alot but I'm worried about the level of customization options in the game. It seems like it's taken a casual approah, where is the equivalent sphere grid or the gambit board? And I'm not really a fan of leveling up only when you go to the camp. 

 

What's everyone's thoughts on this?

The gambit board (i.e. AI advice, strategy/settings, etc) is in the full version of the game. They left party controls out of the demo.

You don't get to control the party, Just noctis.
