Give your reason as to why remasters are good/bad

Good: They can bring new life into an older game and let a newer generation experience something old but with a fresh coat of paint

Bad: I don't really see the reason that we need remasters of recent games, despite how good that game is (example being The Last of Us). It feels unnecessary other than to fill another console's library. Other than that small nitpick I don't have much of a problem with them.
