I think it's great. Like you said it only takes a small team to do it. And that team may well be idle while the rest of their studio is busy thinking up their next game to make.
It's one of the best games ever and ps4 this gen is going to have over 40m owners who never had a ps3. (my estimat). All these wii and 360 converts now get a chance to play an incredible game made even better. Meanwhile people like me get to double dip.
Price shouldn't be above $40.
As you say the more games the better. Last gen started slow and it sure could have done with a few remasters to bolster the line up for the first few years.
