Well I disagree. We dont know how much each remaster takes away from the development of a new game. TLOUR wasnt going to hinder Naughty Dog from their other projects, but Uncharted 4 just got delayed... The thing is that a remaster doesnt add anything to a consoles library. If a company cant make money without re-releasing last years games, then maybe its time to rethink your strategies.

Perhaps not exactly, but some basic knowledge of game development makes it pretty easy to work such things out. If they are so much trouble shouldn't we also be complaining about developers putting a game on more than one console? Same basic idea (even if not 100% comparable).
As for your last point, they do add something to a library. That people are buying and enjoying them is proof of that. Heck, for some these are functionally brand new games.
Anyway, seeing as we aren't likey to agree let's just agree to disagree ^^
