I havent played a COD game since Modern Warfare 3...

Just because Sony throws a few bucks and slaps their name on some indie title, doesnt mean they had much to do with it.  

I mean COD as a general term for whatever you play, which evidently isn't indies, or sony-published indies.

Again, nothing wrong with not playing indies if they dont float your boat, but you cant really complain about 'new stuff' when indie games are pretty much all 'mehs' by default.
