Bad because they are cheap grab ins that are sapping resources from new projects.
In cases where a remaster makes sense, i can totally understand (something like Fallout 3 or Skyrim or MAss effect where the loading times are atrocious and/or FPS sketchy). DmC remaster definitly is an improvement over the original wich ran at 30 fps and with hiccups.
God of War 3? Waste of time. Sleeping dogs? Good game but a waste of time. Borderlands? Totally unecessary.
