As much as I would love to see the meltdowns on the net if Kojima went to Nintendo, I hope he goes independent. That way he can partner with who he wants when he wants.
Also, R.I.P. Konami. You just pissed off the guy who has been keeping you afloat. And if he takes MGS with him, we'll be burying your metaphorical corpse sooner rather than later. Just do us all a favor and sell of Silent Hill before the ship sinks.
