Errr... what? Did I just wake up in bizarro world or something here? Why are the people in OP's post defending such actions? Why are people in the office all laughing at this? Why did the guy feel like he could do this in the first place?
Unless you're some kind of dick model, NotStan, and your penis is basically public property now, this is a gross violation of your rights. Fuck this guy, he deserves everything he gets, if its tolerated by the firm, the firm deserves everything it gets.
Tell HR or whoever that you're taking this to either a) the police, or b) the local media. You're leaving anyway, you've been violated, telling them that will maybe prompt them to give you a "sweetener" to keep your mouth shut.
